Additionally, stop drinking skim milk and consider reducing other dairy products. Dairy products increase a certain hormone in our bodies that increases the production of sebum, which is linked with acne.

Lastly, stop eating high glycemic index foods! We have all heard our entire lives that junk food will make you breakout, and guess what, it’s true! Putting unhealthy food into your body will not produce healthy results. Nourish your body with whole foods and you will see a difference in your skin!
